The Privacy Policy stated below is part of the rules of using the portal of the EVENTS INVESTMENT FUND. The fund may collect your personal data while visiting the website. The usage of EIF portal and its platforms is an approval of the terms of this policy.

1. Who are we:

Established by Royal Decree No. (A/91) in 2019, EIF aims to elevate the events industry in the Kingdom and build cutting-edge venues to host world-class events in the culture, entertainment, tourism and sports sectors. EIF venues will include indoor arenas, art galleries, theaters and conference centers, horse-racing tracks and motor racing tracks.

The fund will be capitalized to develop 35 unique world class venues across the Kingdom, to facilitate the successful delivery for the ambitious national events calendar. EIF will further raise capital by providing high-return opportunities and facilitate fruitful partnerships with the private sector.

In addition to its role in realizing the economic goals of Vision 2030, EIF will be at the forefront of driving wide-reaching social benefits by enriching the quality of life of citizens, residents and visitors.

2. Privacy Policy Consent:

Your consent to the privacy policy means you agree to the privacy controls and conditions applicable to all services, programs, initiatives, and other similar offerings provided by the Fund on its official website, as well as any continuous modifications made to them as required by the needs and nature of the work.

3. Changes to the Privacy Policy:

The Fund reserves the right to make any changes to this policy at any time. Therefore, we recommend that you periodically read and review the policy published on the Fund’s website to stay informed of the changes. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon the publication of the updated policy. By reading this policy, you acknowledge your acceptance of all changes contained in any policy.

In the event that the Fund or any other party wishes to use your personal data for purposes other than those mentioned in item Seven: Purposes of Personal Data Processing, and the cases specified in the Personal Data Protection Law and its executive regulations, this will not be done except after obtaining your prior consent.

4. Legal Basis for Collecting and Processing Personal Data:

• Explicit consent is given by the user or their legal guardian for the collection and processing of their personal data for a specific purpose mentioned in the privacy policy.

• If the personal data has been collected from a publicly available source.

• Responding to a formal request from a government entity in accordance with the powers stipulated in national laws and regulations.

• Processing for a compelling interest of the data subject, in cases where it is difficult or impossible to contact them.

• Achieving a public interest, for security purposes, to implement another law, or to fulfill judicial requirements, with the specifics and controls for this purpose being defined by laws and regulations.

• To implement an agreement to which the data subject is a party.

• If it will be processed in a way that does not lead to the identification of the data subject.

5. Personal Data Collection Mechanism:

As soon as you access the Fund’s website, fill out any form or survey, or provide us with any information and submit it via your browser, or communicate with us by phone, email, or social media, all the data you provide will be collected, stored, used, and saved on the Fund’s servers. This is in addition to the automatic collection of data through cookies, as explained in the “Sixth” section, and data obtained from other parties.

6. What Personal Data the Fund Collects:

• Data to be collected directly from the user:

o The Fund directly collects the data mentioned below from users as part of the registration or application procedures for the services, programs, initiatives, and the like that the Fund offers on its official website.

• Basic Data: such as, full name, date of birth, age, gender, nationality, and marital status.

• Identity Verification Data: such as, ID type, and ID/Iqama/Passport number.

• Contact Information: for example, place of residence (country, region, city), district, phone number, mobile number, and email address.

• Educational Information and Qualifications: such as, educational and training background, language skills, academic qualification, university name, expected graduation year, major, and GPA.

• Professional Information and Qualifications: such as, resume/CV, work experience (entity, job title), employment date, job skills, personal interests, and years of experience.

• Health Data: includes all personal data related to an individual’s health status, whether physical, mental, or psychological, that you explicitly provide to us.

• Financial Data: includes data collected for the purpose of making payments, such as account number and a copy of the credit card.

• Social Media Information: such as: the LinkedIn profile.

• Information collected indirectly:

o Cookies: These are pieces of information sent by the browser used by the user when visiting the website, which are saved on the user’s device. Their purpose is to collect statistics about the user’s visit to the Fund’s website based on the IP address on the personal device. This data is used to improve the user’s experience on the website. Examples of data collected automatically include: IP address, website access time, device type, and the pages you have visited.

o Data obtained from other parties: such as data fetched from “Nafath” to verify the user’s identity or data fetched from the Ministry of Commerce to verify that the entity’s representative is valid and registered in the Commercial Registry.

7. Purposes of Personal Data Processing:

Your personal data is collected, used, stored, and shared for regulatory, improvement, and development reasons, which are as follows:

• To fulfill the data required for applying for the services, programs, initiatives, and the like offered by the Fund on its official website.

• To fulfill the data required for applying for a job or training.

• To extend invitations for participation in workshops, courses, and conferences.

• To resolve and process any inquiries or complaints you may have.

• To improve the user experience.

• To analyze data and issue internal reports that serve necessary business requirements. For example: statistical reports on the number of beneficiaries of training programs.

• To conduct surveys, interviews, and gather feedback.

• To publish awareness campaigns about the Fund or its affiliated programs.

• To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

• To detect, address, and deal with violations, cyber threats, and misuse.

8. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data:

The Fund shares user data when needed, according to the principles of “need to know” and “least privilege,” with partners, organizers, and sponsors of initiatives, programs, and the like, in accordance with the purposes outlined in section (Seven). Furthermore, user data may be shared with government entities to serve national interests according to the jurisdiction of these entities. The Fund is committed to not sharing user data with other parties beyond this, with the exception of the cases mentioned in Article Fifteen of the Personal Data Protection Law.

The Fund reserves the right to disclose personal data in the following cases, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law:

• The user’s consent to the disclosure of their personal data.

• Data collected from a public and publicly available source.

• If the party requesting the data disclosure is a public entity for security purposes, to implement another law, or to fulfill judicial requirements.

• If the disclosure is necessary to protect public health or public safety, or to protect a specific individual or individuals or their health.

• If the disclosure is limited to processing the data later in a way that does not lead to the specific identification of the user or individual.

يدرك صندوق الفعاليات الإستثماري ” الصندوق ” أهمية خصوصية وحماية البيانات، ويضع سرية بيانات مستخدميه وزواره على قائمة الأولويات، وبالتالي نلتزم بالحفاظ على سرية البيانات الشخصية وحماية حقوق جميع المستخدمين.

اولا : من نحن

يهدف صندوق الفعاليات الاستثماري والذي تأسس بموجب الأمر الملكي الكريم رقم (أ/91) في عام 2019م إلى الارتقاء بصناعة الفعاليات في المملكة، وبناء مواقع فريدة لاستضافة فعاليات بمستوى عالمي في قطاعات الثقافة والترفيه والسياحة والرياضة. حيث ستشمل المواقع ساحات داخلية، ومعارض فنية، ومسارح ومراكز للمؤتمرات، وميادين الرماية ومسارات سباق الخيل، وحلبات سباق السيارات.

وسيتم تمويل الصندوق لتطوير 35 موقعاً فريداً في أنحاء المملكة، للمساهمة في دفع أجندة الفعاليات الوطنية الطموحة نحو تحقيق النجاح الذي تتطلع له. وسيعمل الصندوق على زيادة رأس المال من خلال توفير فرص ذات عوائد عالية، وتسهيل بناء الشراكات مع القطاع الخاص.

بالإضافة إلى دوره في تحقيق الأهداف الاقتصادية لرؤية المملكة 2030، وتقديم كل ما من شأنه إثراء جودة حياة المواطن والمقيم والزائر.

• ثانياً: الموافقة على سياسة الخصوصية

موافقتك على سياسة الخصوصية تعني موافقتك على ضوابط وشروط الخصوصية الخاضعة على جميع الخدمات والبرامج والمبادرات ونحوها التي يقدمها الصندوق في موقعه الرسمي وما يتم عليها من تعديلات مستمرة حسب حاجة وطبيعة العمل.

• ثالثا: التغييرات في سياسة الخصوصية

يحتفظ الصندوق بالحق في إجراء أي تغييرات على هذه السياسة في أي وقت. لذلك نوصيك بقراءة ومراجعة السياسة المنشورة على موقع الصندوق بشكل دوري للبقاء على اطلاع بالتغييرات. ستكون أي تغييرات أو تعديلات سارية فور نشر السياسة المحدثة.

بقراءتك لهذه السياسة فإنك تقر بقبولك لجميع التغييرات الواردة في أي سياسة.

وفي حال رغبة الصندوق أو إحدى الجهات الأخرى في استخدام بياناتك الشخصية لغير الأغراض المذكورة في البند سابعاً: أغراض معالجة البيانات الشخصية، والحالات الواردة في نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحته التنفيذية، فلن يتم ذلك إلا بعد الحصول على موافقتك المسبقة.

تم إجراء آخر تحديث على سياسة الخصوصية بتاريخ 2025/08/15.

• رابعا : المسوغ النظامي لجمع ومعالجة البيانات الشخصية

• الموافقة الصريحة التي يقرّ بها المستخدم أو وليه الشرعي لجمع ومعالجة بياناته الشخصية لغرض معين مذكور في سياسة الخصوصية.

• إذا كانت البيانات الشخصية قد جرى جمعها من مصدر متاح للعموم.

• إجابة طلب رسمي من إحدى الجهات الحكومية وفقا لصلاحياتها المنصوص عليها بالأنظمة واللوائح الوطنية.

• المعالجة لمصلحة متحققة لصاحب البيانات الشخصية في حال تعذر أو صعوبة الاتصال به.

• تحقيق المصلحة العامة أو لأغراض أمنية أو لتنفيذ نظام آخر أو لاستيفاء مُتطلبات قضائية، وتكون محددات وضوابط هذا الغرض بالأنظمة واللوائح.

• تنفيذ اتفاقية يكون صاحب البيانات طرفاً فيها.

• إذا كان سيتم معالجتها بطريقة لا تؤدي إلى معرفة هوية صاحب البيانات الشخصية.

• خامسا : آلية جمع البيانات الشخصية

بمجرد وصولك لموقع الصندوق أو تعبئتك لأي نموذج أو استبيان أو تزويدنا بأي معلومات وإرساله عبر المتصفح أو تواصلك معنا عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي سيتم جمع وتخزين واستخدام جميع بياناتك التي تقدمها وحفظها في خوادم الصندوق. بالإضافة الى الجمع التلقائي للبيانات عن طريف ملفات تعريف الارتباط كما هو موضح في الفقرة “سادساً” والبيانات التي يتم الحصول عليها من أطراف أخرى.

• سادساً: ما هي البيانات الشخصية التي يجمعها الصندوق

• البيانات التي سيتم جمعها بشكل مباشر من المستخدم:

o يجمع الصندوق البيانات المذكورة أدناه من المستخدمين بشكل مباشر ضمن إجراءات التسجيل أو التقديم على الخدمات أو البرامج أو المبادرات ونحوها التي يقدمها الصندوق في موقعه الرسمي.

• البيانات الأساسية: مثل، الاسم الرباعي، تاريخ الميلاد، العمر، الجنس، الجنسية، الحالة الاجتماعية.

• بيانات التحقق من الهوية: مثل، نوع الهوية، ورقم الهوية/ الإقامة/جواز السفر.

• بيانات الاتصال: على سبيل المثال، مقر الإقامة (دولة، منطقة، مدينة)، الحي، رقم الهاتف، رقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني.

• المعلومات والمؤهلات التعليمية: مثل، الخلفية التعليمية والتدريب، والقدرات اللغوية المؤهل الدراسي، اسم الجامعة، سنة التخرج المتوقعة، التخصص، المعدل.

• المعلومات والمؤهلات العملية: مثل، السيرة الذاتية، الخبرات الوظيفية (الجهة، المسمى الوظيفي)، تاريخ التوظيف، والمهارات الوظيفية، والاهتمامات الشخصية وسنوات الخبرة.

• البيانات الصحية: تشمل كل بيان شخصي يتعلق بحالة الفرد الصحية، سواء الجسدية، أو العقلية، أو النفسية التي يتم تزويدنا بها من طرفك بشكل صريح.

• البيانات المالية: تشمل البيانات التي يتم جمعها لأغراض إجراء عمليات الدفع كرقم الحساب وصورة من البطاقة الصرافة.

• معلومات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي: مثل: الملف الشخصي على منصة التواصل لينكد ان.

• المعلومات التي يتم جمعها بشكل غير مباشر:

o ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز): هي المعلومات التي يرسلها المتصفح الذي قام المستخدم باستخدامه عند زيارته للموقع الإلكتروني والتي تُحفظ في جهار المستخدم وتهدف الى جمع إحصائيات حول زيارة المستخدم لموقع الصندوق بناءً على عنوان برتوكولات الإنترنت (IP) في الجهاز الشخصي وتستخدم هذه البيانات لتحسين تجربة المستخدم في استخدام الموقع الإلكتروني. من الأمثلة على البيانات التي تجمع بشكل تلقائي: عنوان IP، وقت الدخول على الموقع، نوع الجهاز، الصفحات التي قمت بزيارتها.

o البيانات التي يتم الحصول عليها من أطراف أخرى: مثل البيانات التي يتم جلبها من نفاذ للتحقق من هوية المستخدم أو البيانات التي يتم جلبها من وزارة التجارة للتحقق من أن ممثل الجهة صحيح ومسجل بالسجل التجاري.

• سابعاً: أغراض معالجة البيانات الشخصية

يتم جمع واستخدام وتخزين ومشاركة بياناتك الشخصية لأسباب تنظيمية وتحسينية وتطويرية، وهي كالتالي:

• استيفاء البيانات المطلوبة للتقديم على الخدمات والبرامج والمبادرات ونحوها التي يقدمها الصندوق في موقعه الرسمي.

• استيفاء البيانات المطلوبة للتقديم على وظيفة أو تدريب.

• تقديم الدعوات للمشاركة في ورش العمل والدورات والمؤتمرات.

• حل ومعالجة الاستفسارات أو الشكاوى التي قد تكون لديك.

• تحسين تجربة المستخدم.

• تحليل البيانات وإصدار التقارير الداخلية التي تخدم متطلبات العمل اللازمة. على سبيل المثال: التقارير الإحصائية لعدد المستفيدين من البرامج التدريبية.

• عمل الاستبانات والمقابلات وأخذ الآراء.

• نشر حملات توعوية عن الصندوق أو البرامج التابعة لها.

• تلبية المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية.

• الكشف عن الانتهاكات والتهديدات السيبرانية وسوء الاستخدام والتعامل معها.

• ثامناً: المشاركة والإفصاح عن البيانات الشخصية

يشارك الصندوق بيانات المستخدمين عند الحاجة وفق مبدأ “الحاجة الى المعرفة” و “الحد الأدنى من الامتيازات” مع الشركاء ومنظمي ورعاة المبادرات والبرامج ونحوها وذلك وفقًا للأغراض التي جرى بيانها في الفقرة (سابعاً)، بالإضافة إلى أنه قد تتم مشاركة بيانات المستخدمين مع الجهات الحكومية لخدمة المصالح الوطنية حسب اختصاص هذه الجهات، ويلتزم الصندوق بعدم مشاركة بيانات المستخدمين مع جهات أخرى غير ذلك، ويستثنى من ذلك الأحوال المذكورة في المادة الخامسة عشر من نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.

يحتفظ الصندوق بحق الإفصاح عن البيانات الشخصية في الحالات التالية وفقا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية:

• موافقة المستخدم على الإفصاح عن بياناته الشخصية.

• جمع البيانات من مصدر عام ومتاح للعموم.

• في حال كانت الجهة الطالبة للإفصاح عن البيانات جهة عامة وذلك لأغراض امنية او لتنفيذ نظام أخر او استيفاء متطلبات قضائية

• في حال كان الإفصاح ضروري لحماية الصحة العامة أو السلامة العامة أو لحماية فرد معين أو أفراد معينين أو حماية صحتهم.

• إذا كان الإفصاح مقتصرًا على معالجة البيانات في وقت لاحق بطريقة لا تؤدي إلى معرفة هوية المستخدم أو الفرد بشكل محدد.
