At EIF, we are determined to take an active role in developing world-class infrastructure to meet the Kingdom’s ambitions in the fields of culture, entertainment, sports and tourism. To do so, we are inviting landowners in the Riyadh, Jeddah and Ta’if areas to work with us in joint ventures to take the Kingdom to the next level.

Given almost 60% of our population is under 35, with over 50% under 25 and over 37% under 14 years of age, the demand is palpable. There has never been a better time to create the possibilities for our land that our people so richly deserve. To make this possibility a reality, we are looking to acquire and lease land for the long term from landowners – working with them to realize a brighter tomorrow.
