We are building a portfolio of assets in Riyadh, Jeddah and Taif spanning 9 venue types across our priority sectors. With an emphasis on realising sustainable and attractive financial returns, supporting the achievement of the Vision 2030 goals for the Kingdom, our assets will cater to over 450,000 event days organized in our target cities until 2030. Our portfolio is designed to contribute up to US $17 billion to GDP, with approximately US $2.7 billion in VAT revenues.
The Events Investment Fund(EIF) is building a new future for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through a growing portfolio of assets. The EIF is the leading investment partner for infrastructure across the value chain linking culture, entertainment, sports and tourism.
We will be working with local, regional and international partners to bridge the Kingdom’s
events infrastructure gap for the National Calendar through building a world-class event
ecosystem, enabling private sector contribution and ensuring financial viability.
The fund will play its part in the diversification strategy of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and lead to a sustainable financial future.
